1. Are SKORE condoms durable and safe?

Each SKORE condom is 100% electronically tested for holes, and each batch undergoes ISO4074 testing. Additional tests include burst testing, freedom from holes, and package integrity checks. Periodic monitoring includes bio compatibility, bio burden, and nitrosamines presence testing for safety assurance.

2. Can condoms guarantee no pregnancy?

Condoms are highly effective, with a 98% efficacy rate against pregnancy. They also provide excellent protection against STIs.

3. Can I reuse a condom?

Never reuse condoms, as they are single-use items.

4. What are condoms made of?

SKORE condoms are made of 100% electronically tested, safe natural latex material.

5. Can I use lubricants with condoms?

All SKORE condoms are lubricated but if using lubricants, use water-based, not oil-based as they can damage latex condoms.

6. Can I keep condoms in my wallet?

Avoid keeping them in your wallet or glove compartment for extended periods, as the friction and heat can weaken the latex.

7. Do condoms expire?

Yes. Check the expiration date on each condom packet before use to ensure maximum protection.

Return Policy

You may return eligible products within the applicable return period, subject to the specified return conditions.

For eligible returns, reverse pickup can be arranged through a delivery partner for serviceable PIN codes. At the time of reverse pickup, the delivery partner may conduct a basic check to confirm that the product being returned matches the order.

For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, the return will be reviewed and processed as per the applicable return policy. Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified. The applicable refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider or bank.

Orders with a cart value of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge of ₹90 will apply.
