The content on this site is mature in nature and some parts may be sexually explicit. "Eligibility: Participants in contests, forums, etc. herein must be able to demonstrate, if required by TTK-PDL, that that submissions to contests are original and do not infringe, borrow or appropriate anyone else's intellectual property. Participants represent and warrant that submissions to contests, forums, etc. are not and have not been previously published, released or distributed in any form which shall prevent in any manner use of the same by TTK-PDL as hereunder
Each participant shall acknowledge that any submissions / ideas posted to contests, forums, etc. on this site may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed and / or used in any manner as desired by TTK-PDL and participants shall have no rights over the same. Each participant warrants that all moral rights in any uploaded materials have been waived and each participant agrees that TTK-PDL will have no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
All submissions to contests, forums, etc. become the exclusive property of TTK-PDL, and none will be required to be acknowledged or returned. TTK-PDL shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the submissions without compensation to the participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Upon submission to contests, forums, etc. each participant hereby assigns, conveys, and transfers to TTK-PDL all right, title, and interest in the submission. However, Participants shall indemnify TTK-PDL against any and all claims and losses arising out of or in relation to the use of submissions by TTK-PDL.
Entrant's Personal Information: Any Personal information collected from participants in the course of the contests, forums, etc. will be subject to TTK-PDL's prevailing privacy policy, and will not be disclosed except when required by law or otherwise in the sole discretion of TTK-PDL
Infringement: No instance of infringement of intellectual property by submissions imposes liability of any kind on TTK-PDL and participants indemnify TTK-PDL against all infringement actions and losses there from and relating thereto. Claims arising out of infringement are to be made against participants making such submissions. TTK-PDL may, solely at its discretion, remove any infringing material from the website on being provided due notice along with adequate evidence of infringement

Skore Condoms Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Us
All efforts are made to make sure that all orders are delivered on time and correctly. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The reasons include limited stock, inaccuracies or errors in product and billing or problems faced during banking transaction. We will contact you immediately if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If an order is cancelled after your credit card / debit card has been charged, the same amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 days.

Cancellation by the customer
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Cancellation is valid only if made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel the Order, please call us and send an email with the invoice number along with the description of the product you wish to cancel.

On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us.
